جمعية البشاير جمعية ثقافية غير حكومية، مستقلة ولا تهدف للربح. تأسست بتاريخ 09 مارس 2022 بمراكش، من طرف مجموعة من عشاق وعاشقات التراث الإنساني الراقي والهادف، وذلك بهدف إحياء وترسيخ الأغنية التي تطرح قضايا تتميز بعمقها الإنساني، ومن أجل تكريم الفنانين الكبيرين، فؤاد نجم والشيخ إمام وكل مبدعي الكلمة الحرة

تطمح الجمعية إلى الارتقاء بالثقافة والفنون الغنائية والمسرح والتشكيل، وذلك من خلال
إحياء تظاهرات ثقافية وغنائية
الانفتاح على التجارب الفنية على الصعيدين الوطني والعالمي
- ربط علاقات التعاون والشراكة مع الجمعيات الثقافية والفنية ذات الاهتمام المشترك داخل التراب الوطني وخارجه
إحياء التراث الغنائي الإنساني
hams Al-Bashayer is a non-governmental, independent, non-profit cultural association, founded on March 9, 2022 in Marrakesh by a group of enthusiasts devoted to noble and purposeful human heritage. Its mission is to revive the song tradition that addresses issues of deep humanistic significance, honoring the two great artists Fouad Negm and Sheikh Imam and all creators of the free word.
The association aspires to elevate culture, singing arts, theater, and visual arts through:
Reviving cultural and musical events
Opening up to artistic experiences at the national and international levels
Building cooperation and partnership relations with cultural and artistic associations of shared interest, within and beyond the national territory
Reviving humanity's musical heritage
قامت الجمعية ببرمجة حصص تداريب أسبوعية كل يوم أربعاء بمقر جمعية النخيل للمرأة والطفل، بدءا من تاريخ تأسيسها مع توقف خلال شهر رمضان وشهر غشت من كل سنة.
استهلت الجمعية تواصلها مع الجمهور ببث بعض الفقرات التدريبية عبر الفايسبوك. وقامت بتسجيل أغنية "يا فلسطينية" يوم 18ماي 2022 وبثها عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي إهداء لروح الشهيدة الفلسطينية شيرين أبو عاقلة

و قبل البدء بإحياء عروض مباشرة مع الجمهور، قامت الجمعية بعرض تجريبي أمام مدعوين من رجال و نساء الفن و بعض الأصدقاء و الصديقات محبي أغاني الشيخ إمام والتحاور معهم و معهن بعد العرض لمعرفة انطباعاتهم بهدف تطوير أداء المجموعة، وكان ذلك يوم الأحد 16 أكتوبر2022 .
وبعد التنويه بالتجربة وبعلاقتها كمحطة معينة من الحياة الطلابية و بجرأة اختيار هذا النوع من الأغنية الملتزمة في ظل وضعية فنية متردية، قررنا خوض غمار هذه التجربة

The association scheduled weekly rehearsal sessions every Wednesday at the headquarters of Al-Nakhil Association for Women and Children, starting from its founding date, with a break during Ramadan and August each year. It began engaging with the public by broadcasting some rehearsal segments via Facebook, and recorded the song "Ya Falastiniyya" on May 18, 2022, sharing it on social media in tribute to Palestinian martyr Shireen Abu Akleh.
